Z Car Source Returns

So, it happens.  You ordered the wrong Z Car part or found out after the fact that you don't need the part you ordered.  No problem!  Z Car Source has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee*.  That means that if you are not satisfied, the Z Car part you ordered may be returned within the first 30 days to receive a refund.  How does it work?


1.  Just box the part back up


2.  Fill out the return form and include a copy of your original sales order in the box


3.  Ship it back to us.  It's that easy!

Please pack all returns well and insure the package for the full purchase price (including shipping).  Z Car Source can't be responsible for any loss or damage that happens during shipping so be sure to insure your package, and ship it to us in a trackable manner.  Once we get it back, we will process the refund within 2 weeks of when we receive it (cores & returns made without proper paperwork may take longer).

 

How do you get your money back?  In the same way that you paid.  If you paid with a Credit card, your card will be credited within 2 weeks of us receiving your return.  If you paid with a check, your check will be mailed to you within 2 weeks also.

*But, there are exceptions to the rule.  We don't like find print so take note of the following:

 

-Shipping charges will not be refunded

-All orders returned on a non-direct exchange basis may be subject to a 20% restocking fee 

-Customer is responsible for all Shipping & Handling associated with return(s) to and from our warehouse

-No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the date of delivery to Customer

-Shipping & Handling fees associated with returned parts are deducted from the credit

-No returns will be made on the following:  Special Order parts, Gift Certificates, Custom Body Cuts, Electronic Components (unless new in the box)  and Custom Refinished parts - all sales on these items are final.  These sales are non-returnable and non-refundable.  Please contact our office prior  to ordering with questions on these items.

-No returns on parts that have been installed on a vehicle (whether the vehicle has been driven or not)

-No returns or exchanges on items with "Z Car Source" stickers that have been removed or peeled off for re-use, or any items that have been  damaged, manipulated or modified by the customer

-No returns on New or Rebuilt item(s) that are damaged by Customer's misuse or installation, have been used (not in original condition), have been  installed on a vehicle (driven or not), are not in resalable condition, or are not in the original packaging
